Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Fridge Tracking App (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and End User License Agreement (EULA). The Application is operated by Mehmet Mert Tetik (the "Service Provider" / "Mabe Networks").
If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, download, or use the Application.
End User License Grant & Restrictions
The Service Provider grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application on mobile devices owned or controlled by you in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and Google Play Terms of Service.
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or derive the source code of the Application.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Application to third parties.
- Use the Application for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized commercial purposes.
Artificial Intelligence & Food Safety Disclaimer
⚠️ Important Notice Regarding Expiration Dates, Allergies & Recipes:
The Fridge Tracking App utilizes smart tracking and Artificial Intelligence (powered by Google Gemini API) to suggest recipes, estimate shelf lives, and help manage pantry contents. These AI-generated suggestions and expiration estimates are for informational and planning purposes only.
- Food Freshness: Always inspect food items visually, check physical expiration labels, and smell/examine products before consumption. Never consume food that appears spoiled or questionable regardless of in-app status.
- Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: The Application does not guarantee allergen-free recommendations. Users are solely responsible for verifying ingredients against personal dietary restrictions and allergies.
- Not Medical Advice: No nutritional or culinary output from the Application constitutes medical, health, or dietary advice.
User Accounts & OTP Security
Access to certain features requires account authentication via email OTP (One-Time Password). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and email access credentials. You agree to notify the Service Provider immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
The Application may offer auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time premium feature unlocks.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Application, including its source code, UI designs, graphics, branding, algorithms, and logos (Fridge Track App, Fridge-AI), is the proprietary intellectual property of Mehmet Mert Tetik and Mabe Networks, protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
User-Generated Content & Image Uploads
You retain ownership of photos of pantry items uploaded by you. By submitting photos for ingredient recognition, you grant the Service Provider a limited, temporary license to process such images via the AI API solely for delivering the requested analysis. You must not upload offensive, illicit, or infringing images.
Limitation of Liability & As-Is Warranty
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR HEALTH-RELATED DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION OR RELIANCE ON ANY AI RECIPE/EXPIRATION ESTIMATES.
Termination & Account Deletion
You may terminate your agreement with the Service Provider at any time by deleting your account within the app (Profil / Ayarlar > Hesabımı Sil) and uninstalling the Application. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Changes to Terms & Contact Us
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
