This privacy policy applies to the Fridge Tracking App app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Mehmet Mert Tetik (collectively, the "Application"). Mehmet Mert Tetik is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include details such as:
- Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Pages visited, visit date/time & duration
- Time spent navigating inside the Application
- Mobile operating system and device specifications

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Zero Payment Data Stored
All premium purchases and subscriptions are processed securely through Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit) or Google Play Billing. The Service Provider does not collect, access, or store your credit card or sensitive financial billing details.
Artificial Intelligence & Image Processing
The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance user experience and provide intelligent recipe recommendations. The AI components may process user data to deliver personalized content or automated functionalities in accordance with applicable laws.
Your Rights & California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact the Service Provider at fta@mabenetworks.com.
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Third Party Access & Service Providers
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service.

Disclosure Circumstances: The Service Provider may disclose Information as required by law, to protect vital safety or investigate fraud, or with trusted service providers bound by strict confidentiality terms.
International Data Transfers
The Service Provider or its third-party service providers may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable law requires safeguards, the Service Provider uses:

Opt-Out & Account / Data Deletion Rights
You can stop further collection of information at any time by uninstalling the Application. However, to permanently remove your records:

Account)
Send an email directly to fta@mabenetworks.com. Identity verification and deletion will be processed promptly.
Upon verification, the Service Provider will purge your personal data from all active database systems.
Data Retention Policy
Children's Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them. If you become aware that a child has provided personal information, please contact us immediately at fta@mabenetworks.com.
Security & Breach Notification
The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect all information processed and maintained.
Changes, Consent & Contact Us
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use constitutes acknowledgment of updates. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
